THEY KEEP DELETING MY REVIEW BECAUSE THEY CANNOT HANDLE ACCOUNTABILITY I have never dealt with more unprofessional , inconsiderate, people. Completely unacceptable for a “luxury” apartment. What should have been a straightforward internal transfer — which we were explicitly promised had been fully handled by Andre — instead turned into weeks of inconsistent communication, shifting terms, and blatant mismanagement. Jawana helped us get the apartment of our dreams. She was super helpful throughout the whole process and even gave us a heads up that the exact layout we wanted might be becoming available, which ended up working out perfectly for us. We’ve been here for almost 7 months now and couldn’t be happier. The amenities are great, the neighbors are pleasant, and overall it’s just a really nice community to live in.
I had a great experience working with Jawana while securing my apartment. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how insightful she was in helping us push for a specific unit that ended up being exactly what we wanted. Her guidance made everything much smoother and far less stressful. I really appreciate the extra effort she put in and would definitely recommend working with Jawana if you're looking for an apartment here!
I’ve been here for about 10 months now and I love it so much. The building treated me like family. The hospitality is next level. Anytime I have an issue paying my rent. They’re always very lenient which after Jawana is a fantastic assistant property manager, Adam fantastic property manager 10 out of 10 if you’re looking to move to a beautiful luxury apartment building, Aurora is a place to go.
