Finally leaving a review after 5 months of living here :) the complex is great - its walking distance to both water street and bayshore. Since moving in, we’ve been able to go see so much more of downtown Tampa. Love love love Debbie who helped us with awesome move in instructions. Since the I’ve been down to the leasing office with multiple questions and she’s always been able to help. Overall great place to live!!
Absolutely love living here! Debbie has been absolutely amazing since day 1 and made it truly feel like home! Best decision I ever made was moving here:)

I have been living in the Aurora Downtown Tampa Apartments for over 4 years and it has been a wonderful experience. On every account Aurora staff has been helpful, timely, and has gone out of their way to make my experience hassle-free. From my initial move in to regular maintenance along the way, every request I submit is responded to on that day if not soon after even for minor issues.
