Stay away at all costs!!! This has been one of the WORST living experiences during my time in Tampa. For starters, when we moved in, we were given a unit that was trashed, had multiple issues, and were called crazy for asking for a solution. Fast forward to today, neighbors are extremely loud and noisy, building is made of all frame so noise transfers easily, and it’s essentially a college frat house. Editing my review after 2 years of living here. Pros: ample parking for both residents and guests, terrific location, very big gym, relatively quiet building Cons: The place has significantly worsened after Debbie, Gregory and Neil left. Management could care less about their residents - they just want your money. There’s a hot tub but it’s never working. I think the most frustrating thing is how terrible the maintenance is. As a new resident, my experience with the application and move-in process started off rocky and stressful. Initially, I encountered a staff member who was unprofessional at times & via our communications often was rude and dismissive, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be.
