Submitted a work request for broken AC before a 10 day trip and was told it was completed. Upon return from trip place was 80+ degrees and smelled due to the heat. Called emergency maintenance to get to a reasonable condition and was told it was not important enough to fix at the moment. 3rd or 4th time having AC issues in 6 months with multiple overnight outages.
Loraine, the leasing office agent who I’ve been dealing with for my move in process has been amazing so far. Everytime I’ve needed anything she’s always been super responsive and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure things get done. Thank you Loraine :)
Today I experienced the worst apartment tour I’ve ever had. Hands down. And Aurora was my top choice for an apartment and I was intending to sign a lease today. My mom and I show up and I’m the first escorted tour of the day at 10am. We get there a few minutes early; no one from the leasing office is present. 10am - still no one.
