Loraine, the leasing office agent who I’ve been dealing with for my move in process has been amazing so far. Everytime I’ve needed anything she’s always been super responsive and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure things get done. Thank you Loraine :)
Today I experienced the worst apartment tour I’ve ever had. Hands down. And Aurora was my top choice for an apartment and I was intending to sign a lease today. My mom and I show up and I’m the first escorted tour of the day at 10am. We get there a few minutes early; no one from the leasing office is present. 10am - still no one. Facilities are amazing and the staff is beyond accommodating they are extremely helpful and reasonable super kind Adam and his team are incredible and I would genuinely recommend anyone to look at moving here
