Normally we are very pleased with Aurora, but this problem is very detrimental to my wife's health and we cannot speak to the person in charge of the bariatric program. We have left more than five messages for her, yet she will not return our calls. My wife has done everything required but was told she missed anappointment, but we knew nothing of this appointment. The program director dropped her and will not discuss this with us. My wife needs this surgery ASAP. If anyone can point us in the right direction, I will be fore... read more
