Terrible experience. The front desk people were extremely rude as soon as we entered the clinic. I was unable to pay the copay for my daughter who was hurt and the lady looked at me like I was poor and said nothing. I said I don't have it and her dad can pay that and she looked at me and said he can reimburse you it says it on your card. I said so I have to pay to be seen and she again just looked at me and said nothing. Dr Zachariah M had excellent bedside manner and was very willing to take the time to listen and get the full picture.
Excellent care. The very best. Checking in went so quickly. The nurses and doctor were so responsive to my needs. Everyone was so caring and polite. I would definitely recommend Aurora Urgent Care on West Mason.
