Dr. Mary Rupp needs to improve her bed side manner skills. I came in for a emergency visit to urgent care, and the moment she walked in the room she came off as very pretentious. She made me feel incompetent when discussing my symptoms, and even laughed at me right as she was walking out of the room (she told me to take 800mg ibuprofen 3x daily to reduce inflammation, and I said "ooohh, that seems like a lot."
