You're charged by the Aurora Health Center and then assessed a separate second charge for the BayCare Health provider that sees you. Aurora Urgent Care facilities that aren't affiliated with BayCare do not have these inflated extra charges. Our experience with Dr. Mary K. Rupp at the West Mason Urgent Care in Green Bay was quite negative. From the moment she entered the room, she was rude and lacked the basic courtesy and empathy expected from a healthcare provider. We've had good care here in the past, but will now make sure to avoid Dr. Rupp in future visits.
