Highly recommended!! I've been coming here once a year for the past 3 years to get my blood/lab work done and I stress out about it every year when that time comes. The ladies that work there are great and will go the extra mile to help you out. My first time there nurse Callie worked with me 3 years ago, today I showed up and she remembered me from 3 years back and things like that mean a lot especially if your already stressed on getting something done. Visited urgent care for my 6 year old daughter for an earring back that was embedded in her ear lobe. While checking in, a male nurse loudly said “looks like we need to cut your ear off!” My daughter was already nervous and this comment made her more uneasy. Nurse Kelly was really great, at first. She was warm and happy to help. We worked together even though my daughter’s fear was keeping her from being cooperative. My daughter was mostly shy, scared, and not violent. I was informed upon check-in there was a wait of about 45min. I was called back before even 30min. Even X-ray was very fast-nothing was a long wait. Everyone was very nice-Doctor was thorough, I trust he treated me appropriately. Thank you for taking care of me while I’m out of town Aurora!
DO NOT GO HERE! They Charged me $860.00 for a strep throat test...They also double charge at this location. One charge was $380.00 and no description on the invoice. $480 for a visit. The first "legitimate" charge was covered by my insurance lest my $25 co-pay but the $480 "double" charge is not. It almost looks like this "urgent care" location charges as a E-room visit.
Listed as an urgent care billed as ER went in for a sore throat walked out with a $500 bill for a strep test. Insane. Never go to this location.
