My adult son went in as a first time patient and has severe social anxiety. The nurse as well as the doctor made him feel uncomfortable with their curt and rude behavior towards him. Advised him and other family members to find friendlier services elsewhere.
I was charged $900 for an urgent care visit and a Step test! Users of this urgent care facility beware as you will be charged the lab fee, doc fee, and the facility fee(which was more expensive than the lab and doc visit combined). Outrageous!
Highly recommended!! I've been coming here once a year for the past 3 years to get my blood/lab work done and I stress out about it every year when that time comes. The ladies that work there are great and will go the extra mile to help you out. My first time there nurse Callie worked with me 3 years ago, today I showed up and she remembered me from 3 years back and things like that mean a lot especially if your already stressed on getting something done. Visited urgent care for my 6 year old daughter for an earring back that was embedded in her ear lobe. While checking in, a male nurse loudly said “looks like we need to cut your ear off!” My daughter was already nervous and this comment made her more uneasy. Nurse Kelly was really great, at first. She was warm and happy to help. We worked together even though my daughter’s fear was keeping her from being cooperative. My daughter was mostly shy, scared, and not violent.
