Predatory billing practices. The doctors will ask you questions during a preventative care visit so they can charge you more that insurance won’t cover. Will never go here again.
Be careful if you go in for an annual physical and the doctor asks you questions about your health. If you have a 5 minute conversation that he initiated, you will be billed for your annual physical plus a full separate "long office visit". Even though on their website under what's included in an exam is "Discusses any health concerns you may have. Tells you if they have any concerns about your health and makes treatment recommendations as needed". They will do anything to blindside you with extra charges.
l had Cataract surgery at Baycare 7 weeks ago it,went wrong. I only got one eye done,prepaid two eyes for ORA( extra cost out of pocket )for both,they kept the money for the second eye as had a bill I didn't even get to cover the bill , got only a portion back . I called after 3 weeks because I couldn't see blurry/ double vision. Call after hours as I was scared,twice no one ever got back to me .
