HIPPA violations and refuse to fill out short term or long term disability paperwork when Brian konowalchuk decided I wasn't able to work yet refuses to fill out my insurance paperwork giving me the ability to pay my bills while I get this issue resolved
Online hours say 0730 they open. I'm actuality 8am. Inconvenient when time is important
Nurse sent in a prescription for a wrong medication. The Aurora team, tried to wash their hands of it. Did not want to take responsibility for sending in the wrong prescription. Then they tried to placate me with coupons for the hospital cafe! Unbelievable! All they needed to do was reimburse me for the useless medication the first time I talked to them, when they realized it was their mistake.
