Always love this area. Pros: Mixed community. Access to McPhillips, Perimeter highway & Mainstreet. If you have a car the Walmart and Superstore are less than 7 min away. Apartments are reasonably priced. Lot of rental option arises as new homes been completed quickly. Cons: The bus service is not provided yet. Only one children park for whole community is not enough. The park is crowded in the evenings(hopefully there will be more as this area grows rapidly towards east) Biggest concern is the theft has increased a lot
Great house’s they have a lot of unique house and the park is so fun my kid plays soccer there everyday😝😝😝😝😝⚽️⚽️LETS GO SOCCER (Ronaldo or messi)??
