They are double billing me for CPAP supplies, and nobody answers their phones & there is no public email or even a contact form on their site.
I'm trying to help an elderly family member, but they do not answer the phone, nor do they return messages.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am having ankle surgery tomorrow and my doctor placed an order for a knee scooter in early October with Aurora at Home. Aurora at home had called me (several weeks ago) and we set a delivery date and time for the knee scooter. Aurora at home was supposed to deliver a knee scooter today so I would have it for surgery tomorrow. They called today after Noon to tell me that they do not have any knee scooters in stock. Don't use this garbage ass company if you don't have too, late billing to your insurance, don't send you bills on time, horrible customer service
Regarding Hospice Care: the attention and care that not only our father recieved but our family as well was incredible. At any moment or time of day our calls were answered. Knowledge was shared amd encouragement given. Thankful for the team providing care to the Two Rivers area.
