Should be called Aurora more stress at home. Very annoying delivery service. They expect you to just be around for hours on end when they call it’s quite frankly crap. Set up a time confirm the address and be there on time simple as that. Spent several days just waiting around for someone to show up. Aurora used to be so much easier to recommend but lately I wonder. Specifically driver Bob. Zero stars. Never ordered CPAP supplies ever, don’t even use a CPAP. But I get and automated call every month. Even after numerous request, they still keep calling, texting and emailing all at the SAME time numerous times a day.

I'm trying to help an elderly family member, but they do not answer the phone, nor do they return messages. Edit: Attempted to contact this company again. The phone went answered multiple times. I finally reached a person, but he disconnected me ~5 words in.
