Even after numerous request, they still keep calling, texting and emailing all at the SAME time numerous times a day. Yet when I order medical supplies it takes weeks to get.
I'm trying to help an elderly family member, but they do not answer the phone, nor do they return messages. Edit: Attempted to contact this company again. The phone went answered multiple times. I finally reached a person, but he disconnected me ~5 words in.
They are double billing me for CPAP supplies, and nobody answers their phones & there is no public email or even a contact form on their site.
I'm trying to help an elderly family member, but they do not answer the phone, nor do they return messages.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am having ankle surgery tomorrow and my doctor placed an order for a knee scooter in early October with Aurora at Home. Aurora at home had called me (several weeks ago) and we set a delivery date and time for the knee scooter. Aurora at home was supposed to deliver a knee scooter today so I would have it for surgery tomorrow. They called today after Noon to tell me that they do not have any knee scooters in stock.
