TLDR: bad location, not worth the price, incompetent leasing team, high theft area, illegal practices and scammy. Absolutely not worth the price. I moved from this complex into a better one, in a better area, for less than what I was paying here. I lived here for two years and the only reason it didn't completely suck was because the complexes I was comparing it to were student living ones near Sac State. Great place to live. However, after being here for over 2 years and having refered up to 5 new residents, the Office only honored one of the referral bonuses. Update- The office has since reached out to me and was able to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
Great place to live. However, after being here for over 2 years and having refered up to 5 new residents, the Office only honored one of the referral bonuses. They keep coming up with many technical reasons as to why we don't qualify for each referral. It seems like the management keeps finding ways to hold on to that money.
