This apartment complex was a blessing to find. I didn’t stay long because I got an opportunity to move out of city for work, but my experience here was like none other I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. Tiffany and Bryan are absolutely amazing. Very kind and attentive. Always available for questions. Just absolutely amazing. Leland is the best maintenance guy as well. Can’t leave him out. Robert is new but very kind and friendly. Definitely a great choice if you’re moving to Gold River!
Safety equals to zero at Aurora Apartments, homeless people will steal your packages, bikes even from balconyes and the sad part the manager will not install security cameras on area but will bill you an insurance policy for 35 $ month. You can see homeless people, smell acetone, hear sunrise ttaffic noise 24/7. THE MANAGER WILL NOT LET YOU HAVE YOUR OWN SECURITY CAMERA ON PREMISES !!!
My full review of Aurora Apartments is attached as an image due to Google's character limitations. It is a very lengthy but fair review as a former resident. My star rating feels more solid and realistic as the property is not perfect but can hopefully make improvements with time and only time will tell. Manager is rude, awkward and disrespectful. Hopefully she won’t make the living experience bad, but she definitely does not like her job or the residents. Be aware.
Low quality of service. The apartments are located next to a car paint shop, so there is a constant smell of acetone, which makes it impossible to open the windows. There are constant thefts of bicycles and property on the premises. The spa is constantly out of order. The fireplace is often out of order. You have to ask for the pool to be cleaned. The gym is rarely cleaned. The rent is increasing every year. Unreasonably expensive.
