Manager is rude, awkward and disrespectful. Hopefully she won’t make the living experience bad, but she definitely does not like her job or the residents. Be aware.
Low quality of service. The apartments are located next to a car paint shop, so there is a constant smell of acetone, which makes it impossible to open the windows. There are constant thefts of bicycles and property on the premises. The spa is constantly out of order. The fireplace is often out of order. You have to ask for the pool to be cleaned. The gym is rarely cleaned. The rent is increasing every year. Unreasonably expensive.
Upon arrival for a scheduled booked walk through, we were disrespected, dismissed, and discriminated against by staff. I am a U.S. Army Veteran and I.O. Psychologist with a severely disabled child. Remarks complete. Do better.
I've lived at Aurora for about two years now and really enjoy the property. The unit is very nice and modern, the neighbors are friendly, it's in a good location that's close to a nature/bike trail and shopping centers. Staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive to issues that affect the community. I would highly recommend living here.
