Katie making phn appt was polite. Assured me Dr. Jeffrey's Hematologist Oncologist had access to all info she needed prior to appt by looking in my records. Ginormous revolving doors are a just plain not neurological-patient friendly. Nurse who took me back was kind and thorough, though it was clear Katie ignored the fact that I told her I sometimes have memory issues.
