Done fantastic job and a pleasure to deal with
Mike was very reassuring to deal with. He is thoughtful, responsive and hard-working. He engaged with us respectfully and reasonably to make sure the job was done well. We had our 40 year old terracotta-tiled roof repaired –with cleaning, re-pointing and replacement of broken tiles (and Mike left extras for us afterwards). Great to know we can call on him for any future roofing issues :)
We got broken tiles replaced and ridge rebedded and repointed. Mike was great. very easy to deal with. good price. did a good job. very light on his feet on the roof compared to some other contractors who sound like they're stomping. I would definitely hire him again.
Quoted the job, no pressure to take it and when we did he was here that week. The pointing has been done to a high standard with the leak no longer leaking. Travels a long way and the price was pretty good for what was done and even a couple of extra things done we did not expect. Cannot rate AU Roofing high enough as it would not go there. The tradesman was so pleasant to talk to and interact with. You would not be disappointed with the work.
