I was worried about the exam, even for the face-to-face training. However, Ms Kristine was so lovely. She always reminded me that I could do it, and I kept telling myself the same. The online training explained everything clearly, and I can honestly say that I learned everything by heart. The atmosphere during the face-to-face training was friendly, and everyone was willing to help each other. There was enough equipment for everyone to practise properly.
