The front desk lady was incredibly rude when we arrived. My Id was expired by 1 month and she refused to let me meet with the leasing agent for our tour because of it- when even TSA at the airport let me fly here with the short expired id. I would never even want to live here with such a rude concierage anyways. You lost 3 very excited potential clients and I will make sure to let my friends, family and followers know never to book with this apartment.
The front desk is not friendly and not helpful and this would not be a place that me or any of my family would wan to stay. Ever…./ it was a sign . They let potential tenants walk out the door for ridiculous reasons. I guess there is no need to have the apartments rented . The building must be 100% occupied 100% of the time. What type of service would one expect in that building? Not good I would suspect. Great location, fantastic views and I loved all the amenities Aurelian offers!
DO NOT LIVE HERE…This is the worst building I’ve ever lived in. The leasing office is a nightmare and doesn’t follow through with anything. barely flush in the cheap wood floors, crack apart easily. The washing machines are old and are constantly breaking and never ruined several clothing items of mine. I would stay as far away from this building as possible.
Nothing wrong with the apartments here, this applies to the over overnight 12/21/25 Love H has the worst attitude on her phone not ensuring the tenants are safe. I delivered an order to her I was following instructions via uber and she then yells worst attitude as someone who works in Hospitality Management I would follow up on her as that is not appropriate nor appreciated
