Auric is a top notch community. The team managing the facilities is courteous, from the concierge desk, to maintenance and the cleaning crew. Management ensures to have activities for the residents to mingle and meet each other, and I have made new friends. We have security 24 hrs, and have walked my dog at 2 am in the morning and the security team is out there ensuring you are safe. Thank you for the reviews, I definitely will keep looking for a place to stay, this doesn't sound like where I need to be.
First and foremost I've been here since March 2024 and the entire move in process was quick, easy, the gals in front desk have been more than accommodating since the beginning. Over the past 1.5 years, have there been challenges, of course, but their communication has been on point. I could name so many instances but to spare you, just know that whatever you need to get done, they will do it and take preventative measures for the future. Have lived here for over a year and it’s been a great experience.
I moved in a couple of months ago and wanted to express the positive experience I've had. I love the amenities, especially the beautiful resort style pool setting and the observation areas within the community of Symphony Park. The staff has been very helpful and always accommodating with my endless Amazon deliveries. A big thanks to Auric for a great experience. :)
