Their door to door sales people are either really sketchy or they have people going around pretending to be with the company, and when I called to ask if their sales people were legitimate they couldn't give me an answer.
terrible experience and terrible customer service i cant get ahold of anyone and im not happy with my system at all. i was told it was a 4.8kw system and the max i have seen it put out is 3.6. my roof is perfect for solar no trees to block the panels. i have called multiple times and e mailed with no response. id give them negative stars if i could
They are permanently closed
Terrible customer service. Our system isn't working and they won't answer their phones or my emails. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the service either. They promised lots and never delivered and still aren't! Very frustrated and disappointed. Message says everyone is working from home and unavailable to answer the phone. Ever heard of call forwarding? What about answering an email? Also all of my previous contacts with the company are no longer there and don't have working numbers.
