Our salesman Cam was extremely professional and courteous. However, they decided to eliminate their Residential Division and let everyone go. Unfortunately, they had half our money already. We had the right to break our contract before they had permits pulled so we decided to cancel. I was told my refund check was in the mail 2 weeks ago and still nothing.
