Terrible customer service! The Salesman told me the rebates would come automatically. I told him I still need the list of my rebates. He did not give me the list. I lost 16K of rebate from the Oregon trust fund. Which I suspect are in on the scam. The Oregon Energy Department said for me to get my % tax write for having Solar, I had to have a certified project and he has no record of my solar installation. This company went out of business and I can see why. We are a local installer who was hired to remove the panels for a re-roof. There are a few things we noticed. 1) They never gave the customer access to the online monitoring, so I had to call and set-up. 2) Their installation was hideous. The way the conduit was run on the roof showed a complete lack of care for the customer's home. 3) They did not know how to layout attachments for the arrays. They installed the flashings on the outside of the panels. They are supposed to... read more
