Worst bank ever. I had an auto loan through them and just paying them was a pain. Then I had a change of address. It was a pain to get them adjust that bit of information. Sure apart of me respects the security but my other banks helped me without a problem. I finally paid off my car, which was a big milestone, but the loan payments were set to auto. I got a letter saying I overpaid. Now I can’t seem to get that money. I saw in a statement that they put the money in a savings account. I went to go get it and they said the ac... read more
This West Chester branch sucks. I showed up near closing and they wouldn’t help. I noticed some there cars where warming up so that was priority. I mentioned it to the Fairfield Township branch the next morning and they said they should have help me. I found out that branch doesn’t have a manager so that’s probably why.
JUNE 24TH My business RW MECHANICAL AND MAINTENANCE was given a check by a client made out to an AuroGroup account. I visited this location which currently is only providing drive thru service. I did not have an account so I figured I'd have to pay a fee. The Lady was very helpful and stated there would be a $5 fee to cash the check.
