I have to say, I am satisfied with how they took care of me, and here's why. At first, I was kinda upset with them. I paid over $47 for a large pizza, which was on the higher end I have to admit. The place was crowded, and I did wait a while for it. When I got home, I realized that they had gotten my order wrong. I went ahead and called them, and within two minutes, they offered to replace the pizza for free. They were very generous, and apologetic. I have to admit, the pizza was good. This is their latest. An attempt towards deep dish. Delivered in shambles. Not our first experience like this from LG Aurelio’s. Delivery seems to be a big challenge for them.
The sauce is a little different as is the cheese, but it makes for an excellent combo. The menu is deep and there are so many appetizers to choose from. The thin crust is definitely the best and the food is always good. One of my favorite thin crusts pizzas around!
The pizza was very good. Tiny game area fir kids. They had fun.
