My mom and I ate at Aurelio's Joliet this evening. Pizza was delicious as usual. There were a couple tables with challenging customers who were apparently not in the "Christmas spirit". Tammy, Denise, and Joe handled these tables like pros and did an excellent job dealing with these customers. They were very polite and accommodating, so kudos to them! We will definitely be coming back for the great customer service and wonderful food.
Ordered from Aurelios for years....... although they claim that isn't true. This order was some of the worst tasting pizza I hv ever had. To top it off, the manager decided that getting an attitude with me was a good idea. Let's see who wins
