The vibe people seem to get there is a "no can do" attitude amongst most of the staff. A restaurant facility is where visitors often get their first and perhaps last impression of what the place is like. That impression should be warm, welcoming and friendly. That's why it's unfortunate to me that the attitude at here is so nonreflective of those positive traits. They seem to view the people visiting as an annoyance.
