Service was lacking. My calzone was burnt. My fork bent in half when trying to cut my antipasto salad. We waited 10+ minutes to ask our server for Parmesan cheese before getting up and getting it ourselves. I was not impressed with this Aurelio's. The only enjoyable part of my dining experience was the company I had and the lava cake at the end of our meal. I will stick to my Crete location from this point forward.
Worst pizza place I have ever ordered from! Ordered a stuffed pizza at 8:15Pm. The first pizza arrived at 9:15pm and was wrong. When I call and explain pizza is messed up I got an attitude from the person on the phone who acted like the pizza I ordered specifically was wrong because of ME. I was then offered a remake or a $5.00 credit (on a 20.00 pizza) I asked For the remake and told it would here around 10. Customer service is certainly lacking at this location. When I questioned a price I was given and that it was different that their online menu, the staff got belligerent and said they don't control that - it's corporate. When I asked for a manager, I was treated the same way. Kind of sad since we've been customers for 20+ years. And for the record, the price difference wasn't just a dollar or two, it was nearly $10. Aurelio's is the #1 pizza in many people's books (including my own) and we are lucky enough to have one in our own town! I've not had a bad food experience here. The pizza is crispy and the sauce is sweet. Perfect texture.
