The most shit customer service in the industry. If you mess up someone’s order in should be comped. Period! That is true service no matter where you are. You don’t deserve this location! The worst is that you reviews are all the same, so that means you’re not doing it right.
Treats customers like an annoying inconvenience.
Looking for quick dinner pick-up places on a Sunday and came upon them. Food was fresh and ready within 25 minutes. I ordered the 20" cheese(Sunday special), huge New York style slices. A side garden salad which surprisingly came with sliced fresh bread and side of jalapeno poppers. The poppers were delicious, stuffed with a cheddar combo of some kind. Only draw back was the parking. Guys at the establishment were super friendly!
Worst hospitality experience I've ever experienced. Thought I'd give it a shot. The salad came out, it looked like a couple table spoons of crushed ice burg lettuce with a few olives and onions on it. I should have take. A picture. The pizza was sloppy and just dropped everywhere falling apart. When asked about my experience I mentioned that I wasn't satisfied but would like to cash out. Great food, great place to meet up with friends! Plainfield Aurelios is run a by good people who are wonderful members of the community and who treat each guest like family! A al familia!
First time there. Meat lovers pizza and garlic knots the Bomb. The service was great friendly and we even got a demonstration from Vinny on how to eat pizza properly. We will definitely stop again when we go back to Vegas!!����� we even got our picture taken old school style Polaroid ��
Can’t beat that $7.99 XL Cheese Pizza 🍕 I have never had a bad pie made from here!
