Excellent doctor.
Waited 1 year for an appointment that they cancelled 3 weeks before because he was no longer going to be in that day. They said the soonest they could reschedule me was another 9 MONTHS out! No effort made to resolve this because of their mistake, after making a client wait 1 YEAR in pain. In addition, my doctor referral EXPIRED because of how much time they made me wait. They said the only way to be seen 9 months from now would be for me to get another referral (which would expire between now and then, again).
Dr. Alonso is OUTSTANDING! So knowledgeable and extremely kind. I've been struggling with jaw pain from stress/clinching. He discussed treatment options and truly helped me find relief. I'm beyond grateful!
Dr. Alonso and all of his team members provided me with exceptional care last week on my first visit! The front desk members were kind and efficient, the nurses were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
