I came to this salon wanting to color my hair without all the harsh chemicals that affect people's hair and the owner said I needed to give her a deposit so she can go buy the semi permanent color without the quemicals for me, we'll when I called to confirm my appointment she never answered the phone. I called her 3 times and the phone just run and no one answered. So she never called me back to reschedule or returned my $20 dollars back. This place is horrible!! When entering the Salon I was not greated. I had manners and said hello.There was one worker on her phone sitting in the barber chair. There was another hair stylist finishing up a haircut. So I waited till she was done. She then finished up with the hair cut. You think then, I would be atleast greated by one of them. I was not. Went to get a quick layered cut & curl style during my lunch break. Meredith not only helped transform my damaged hair (top 2 pix) into a healthy look (bottom 2 pix) but also explained how to better care for it. She is very knowledgeable & I will be back to see her as needed in the future. New customer for life. :)
