It's been a nightmare since day one. On move in day the apartment was filthy. The air conditioning didn't work, the fridge didn't work, the balcony door was broken in such a way that it had to be wedged closed. Their were sharp staples all over the carpet, and come to find out flies in the carpet. I'm only mentioning the big things here.
