I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but I’ve had an order placed since January/February and still have not received it. I’ve called multiple times to follow up, and every time I’m told it’s on the way or given some other excuse. It’s been months with no resolution, which is extremely disappointing.

Horrible customer service! No response ever. I’ve been waiting on the rest of my order that I placed July 2024. Part of my order(Espresso pencils) were a back order supposedly until October, never received it! Finally received my other 3 shades, but no espresso… November I receive a email after waiting for yet again that they wouldn’t be shipped until January….well here we are, it’s February & after many attempts to get ahold of anyone in customer service, I had to schedule a “product call” to actually speak to someone. I have not received my products yet but I’ll never order from here again. I placed an order on December 5th. Heard nothing for the next 2 weeks. I sent messages on the website, Facebook, instagram and called. I finally spoke with someone on Monday the 23rd to cancel my order and was told they would call me back. The order finally shipped that same day, I’m sure as an attempt to keep me from canceling. Very unfortunate that customer service is lacking.

Been ordering from this company for years however recently this year they continue to drop the ball. My last 2 orders arrived without logo on the products. I have to chase them to place an order & I have to find the new products on their social media & beg an employee to place an order where it should be the other way around. The products are high quality top notch so this would be a 5 star review if they were organized on the back end.
