Came in hoping to become a regular client, had the best service and consultation. BUT when i went to pay for my service and also the facial products. I scanned the cashapp code they provided on their POS/register and sent my service payment ($165). They proceeded to tell me after sending payment they didn't have cashapp as a payment option. They blamed it on the company they bought their point of sale system from & my bf had to pay another $165 to them without any refund on my payment. When it came time to pay THEY have the option to pay with Cash App we scanned the QR code THEY provided and it turns out it is a random persons QR code on there payment thing and we sent the money to them the lady proceeded to say after we had paid “oh we don’t accept Cash App “
Aura is the best of the best. I’ve tried facials all over the world & nothing rivals Aura. The personalized treatments were right on spot & the owner is a gem. She’s beautiful inside & out. I highly recommend Aura!
I have had multiple facials and other services at the spa, and each provider has been excellent! Jillian did my facial this time and was knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations of the products and their purpose. The environment is soothing and comfortable, and I highly recommend their services.
Aura always takes care of me. Walking in, the calming and caring customer care if evident. They take pride in the top match service and it is evident in how they approach every aspect.
