While driving down the street, a van belonging to this company was parked on the wrong side of the street and an abruptly pulled out in front of me to back into a driveway. The driver yelled out the window as if I was wrong. He didn’t care that he’d almost totaled my car with his carelessness.

In July, Gabriel did work on my dryer duct system and installed a downdraft for my cooktop. The downdraft work was incomplete bc I Had to wait for a part to come in. But it was also not installed properly. I am also having an issue with the dryer vent system. I have been trying to contact Gabriel directly, there is no response to his number. I then tried to contact AURA services main number and their representative set up two different service calls to my home, but no one showed up. Now, she is not answering my calls. Gabriel was nice to do floor services to give avery good deal plus help move all the furniture, remove trash etc.. I would recommend Gabriel Avi for services.

Just had Gabriel and his crew here to clean my dryer vent since I was getting an alert there was a blockage. I’ve only been in this house for a short period of time, but with the age of the house, this was bound to be a necessary service. When Gabriel and his crew were cleaning everything, they hit a point where it was clear there was a significant blockage that would require more work.
