I feel it is important to share our experience with Aura's Therapy Center because families deserve to know what they may encounter when seeking care for a child with additional needs. Not the level of service expected, especially when it comes to communication and respect for parents time. I’ve had several challenges with this therapy center that need to be addressed. First and foremost, there is a consistent lack of follow-up regarding my child’s progress.
