If you need this company then you probably have some type of emergency. I had a flood in my home and I have been working with Eric, GM and his team to get it resolved. I have been not only impressed with their reliability but also their overall care with my home. Eric’s soft demeanor kept me from stressing out and when he says that certain tasks are going to get done along with the date/time it happens! Due to an ice maker leak, the plumber recommended I call Aura Restoration. Kyle came out and got the job started getting my floors and basement dry. He helped me started on my claim, explained the process and delt with another company when they found asbestos. It was a lot to deal with.
