I highly recommend Dr.Farheen. She always makes sure to listen to understand and goes above and beyond to meet patient needs. Not only is she exceptional but her office staff is as well. Amaan is the office manager and truly reflects what an office manager should do. He has also gone above and beyond for me and even allowed me to speak with the provider directly to resolve and issue without an appointment. Extremely disheartening! Cancelled my appointment within hours of telling me they need my new insurance info. Was helping my mom at the hospital and busy helping her. Feels like the money is more important than working with the patient.The doc was pretty good, but It’s pretty damn ridiculous they would cancel me like that.
