Very rude and unprofessional. They keep giving you the run around and say the same thing when you try to make an appointment. Don't return calls like they say they will. I called this morning and she answered I started speaking and she hung up in my face after I gave my name and then refused to answer the call when I called back. It has been a week since we are waiting on a call back to schedule an appointment. Do better for the patience.
