Jackie Zagone is the greatest psychiatrist I've EVER come across! She actually understands what is going on in my life as far as neurological problems, PTSD and the disease of addiction. If I ever run into a problem she's always there for me! Even though she's very busy I get a response from her within 24 hours. I highly recommend her for anyone that's struggling. Jackie saved my life, literally!
Super disappointing to endure yet another traumatizing healthcare experience. As others have mentioned, front office is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They have incorrectly billed every appointment, accruing hundreds of dollars of debt while being told “it’s fine, we’ll take care of it.”
I have been coming here for 6 months. This is the most caring wonderful place and I am so glad to have found them. You can text the staff which makes communication easy. They are always friendly and helpful. Jackie is both mine and my daughter’s doctor and she is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Very down to earth and realistic. My daughter did an evaluation with Genna and she was so personable and great with her. I recommend Aura 10/10
Best place for Psychiatry and medication management i have Vinny and he is the BEST psychiatric provider i ever met out of everyone doctor i saw he listens to me, answers questions, kind, gives information and education about new medications and existing ones, does NOT rush me out the door, responds to emails quick and refills prescriptions quick i been loyal to Aura Psychiatry for awhile and was even around when the first place opened across WTPS High-school i think we were the reason why Aura Psych is popular with the revi... read more
