I use to see my doctor here i recieved a text message on May 11th saying on June 1st she will no longer be there and I would recieve an update where she would be going, its almost September and I haven't received anything im not sure what happened even though she is still listed on their website, leaving me with no doctor and prescriptions I cant refill so I had to find a new doctor, not really sure what happened and never received any updates, a place that makes you feel like your cared about then to be left with no answers... read more

Jackie Zagone is the greatest psychiatrist I've EVER come across! She actually understands what is going on in my life as far as neurological problems, PTSD and the disease of addiction. If I ever run into a problem she's always there for me! Even though she's very busy I get a response from her within 24 hours. I highly recommend her for anyone that's struggling. Jackie saved my life, literally!
Super disappointing to endure yet another traumatizing healthcare experience. As others have mentioned, front office is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They have incorrectly billed every appointment, accruing hundreds of dollars of debt while being told “it’s fine, we’ll take care of it.”
I have been coming here for 6 months. This is the most caring wonderful place and I am so glad to have found them. You can text the staff which makes communication easy. They are always friendly and helpful. Jackie is both mine and my daughter’s doctor and she is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Very down to earth and realistic. My daughter did an evaluation with Genna and she was so personable and great with her. I recommend Aura 10/10
