Very disappointed with the front office staff at Aura Pools. Wasted a whole day because the women at the front desk just don't care to communicate appropriately! Front desk staff are the first point of contact and it reflects very badly on what seems to be awesome pool techs. Have spoken to these girls twice now over the phone and both times they have been both dismissive and unapologetic for very simple requests. I am now asking myself - what am I paying for? Are they actually servicing my pool? I just wanted to be present ... read more

Absolutely excellent service from Aura Pool Shop. They replaced our pool filter today and the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, completing the job quickly and to a very high standard. They took the time to explain everything clearly and left the area clean and tidy. It's great to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend Aura Pool Shop.
