I am disappointed with the level of customer service and care I received, particularly after spending close to $2,000. I recently had a chlorinator replaced for my pool, and the display unit was repositioned in a different location that was both difficult to reach and impossible to read. Disgusting service from this company. We have had pool services from other pool companies for over 2 decades. We have started using this company as we moved here in April 2025. Today, we were surprised when we noticed the pool service was no longer than 4 minutes. The filters were full, when they said they emptied them, among a bunch of other things. As we moved to the coast we purchased a home with a pool. First time pool owners it was a little daunting not knowing what to do. We had several different maintenance people come out who told us huge stories (lots of lies) and convinced us of things we didn't need that ended up costing us more money.
