Went in for a scheduled pedicure with a friend at 11am on a Friday. They started her pedicure and gave no timeline for when mine would start. I was waiting for 25 minutes before they came over. I decided to just get a shellac change as my friend was going to be done much sooner and didn't want to make her wait. Poor communication. The cost of shellac change is $35 and a shellac pedicure is $45, strange how they value a pedicure at only $10. The cost of a shellac change is the highest in the area. Its $25 at other places. Christine at Aura Nails has never disappointed me in over 6 years, I can phone or message them for an appointment and they never disappoint. I also ask for suggestions and am always happy with the results. They have never let me down.
I highly recommend Aura for manicures and pedicures. I have been to many nail salons in the city after living there for many years and nothing compares to Aura! They are extremely professional and the salon is immaculate ! The owners are lovely as well as their staff. It’s a beautiful relaxing spa experience !
