Aura is a **make your skin crawl** kind of filthy -in their procedure rooms which should be sterile! Blankets are old, unwashed, and threadbare (lice? scabies? who knows?) Avoid it like the plague. -the owner is a brazenly unethical liar. 2 mL weren't injected into my ' lips, except it wasn't- It was injected into the inside of my mouth. Zero Stars if I could for the extreme VOID and LACK of customer service encountered by none other then the famously online reviewed…Katy. I am in the same boat as everyone else wishing I would have read the reviews prior to booking an appointment as a gift for my Mom because I would’ve never subjected myself and most importantly, I would have NEVER subjected my mom and wasted her valuable and limited time by exposing her to a lackluster of a human that is the receptionist. I had a serious case of acne and had tried multiple treatments with no success, until I discovered Aura Laser. They did an IPL and peel procedure on me, and I like the outcome. I am grateful to all the amazing people at Aura.

The receptionist/ manager is a bully. When I tried to offer feedback about a tech I felt didnt do a good job she said my complaint was invalid because she trained her and their staff is the best etc. She then accused me of trying to get free services when I definitely did not. I hope while she was on her tangent infront of a waiting room full of customers they got an idea of the type of establishment this woman runs and took their business elsewhere. Read the reviews on any site, this woman is something else. Steer clear!

My visit was amazing. Everyone, from the front office staff to the doctors, were very friendly. I went there for Botox, but will be back for laser hair removal. They did it on my friend and the results are great.

I am a Restylane junkie and use it regularly on my lips and smile lines. I get my injection only at Aura Laser. My last visit was no different than the rest. They are the best I have come across in the skin care industry. Way to go guys.

I purchased the coupon through their website and It was not what I thought it would be. I asked the refund on January and visited several times at the place later on. Everytime I talked to them, they are ok to refund but it never happened and called to Dr. Sam who is the only one can process with the refund. He told me to send an email to service@auralaser.com with the purchase dates stated. I have of course to send an email but no refund.... I don't know what to do now.

I regularly visit Aura Laser skin care for a Botox injection. Not only are they competent and knowledgeable, they are also very friendly and pleasant. I enjoy all my visits there.

Absolutely the best! I got a great price on my filler and Botox and am very happy with the outcome. I was referred by a friend who has had Botox here and was very happy. I called to make an appointment I will admit the wait to get in was long and I couldn’t get in for 3 weeks. I arrived at the clinic and was greeted very nicely a waiting room full of people.
