Highly recommend therapy and extremely grateful for Maryse. Her hands-on tools and approach to understanding root causes has helped me be able to identify triggers, understand causes, deescalate feelings and implement strategies learnt. Investing in therapy has significantly improved my quality of life and self growth. Cannot recommend enough. The space is also very inviting and warming with easy parking.
