I lived here 15 months. They make you pay a $30/month “Lease Lock” which they advertise as a way to avoid the upfront deposit cost. But what they fail to mention is that money you pay each month doesn’t actually go towards a deposit. They just keep that money. So it my case I paid $450 over the duration of my lease for the “Lease Lock” and then when I moved out they charged me $500 for move out fees. $85 to clean the oven, and $150 to plug some tiny holes in the wall from hanging pictures were some of the ridiculous charges.... read more
