I have done my nails by Silvia and Karen. They both are lovely ladies and have taken care of me. And both have done an outstanding job with manicures and pedicures. I will come again.
In my opinion, cleaning my nails of its prior 'dip powder' manicure & prepping them for the next one, is just as important as the manicure itself. Today, Karen (not my regular manicurist) took on that task & I am beyond pleased! Not only did she do a thorough & excellent job BUT she was extremely sweet & accommodating & she remained engaged with me the entire time (as I was in a chatty mood)..had I been in a mood for no conversation, she would have respected that as well. I’ve been coming to this salon since it was under the previous management, and unfortunately, the experience has steadily declined since the new owners took over. Today, I called before coming in to ask if there was availability for a manicure. The man who answered the phone told me there was. When I arrived, I was then told the wait would actually be 45 minutes to an hour. If that was the case, I should have been told that over the phone instead of being told to come in.
