I toured this apartment complex on 8/19 around 5:30 p.m., just 30 minutes before closing, yet I was welcomed as if it were midday. Demarre did an excellent job explaining everything thoroughly and left me with no questions. She was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Before visiting here, I had toured four other apartment complexes, but as soon as I toured this one, I knew it was the right fit for me. I’ve had such a great experience living at 3Sixty Flats. From the moment I toured, the staff made me feel welcome and answered every question with patience and professionalism. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, and the management team has been responsive and friendly ever since. The community itself is always well-maintained—landscaping is beautiful, and common areas are spotless, and any maintenance requests I know will be handled quickly and efficiently but I have yet the need to submit one.
