Lived here for exactly 1 year since I couldn't get out of the lease after I signed... it all started fine to be Honest but then problems began after about 3-4 months. Lived in Building 6 and payed for 2 covered parking spots and other residents were constantly parking in those spots. usually happens after hours so leasing office cant/wont do anything. requested multiple times to be on the list for a garage but somehow new residents got garages before me. office assured me this wasn't possible multiple residents partying in t... read more
Ms. Jackie Anrubio made touring such a wonderful experience. She made sure to inform me about the properties we were touring and the amenities that came with it. She had such an upbeat attitude and answered all our questions, I cannot thank her enough for making us feel so welcomed!!
Realmente son departamentos increíbles, muy tranquilo el ambiente y las personas que atienden son realmente maravillosas, Larissa siempre atenta, alegre y servicial, De Marie siempre me ayudó en todo y Jacquie resolvía mis dudas en español, realmente lo recomiendo mucho, es un gran desarrollo de departamentos. 3Sixty Flats Mansfield la mejor opción.

Here at 3 Sixty Flats they have fun community activities! I recently attended the bouquet making- we sipped on wine and made bouquets and just got to know the neighbors! The staff is amazing!
