I have already left a review in the past, but this community is worth a 2nd! I cannot express how much I LOVE this community! I have lived here two separate times and both times were amazing. I've lived many places in Austin, and this is the best management team I've ever worked with. Maintenance is fast, community is clean and beautiful, my neighbors were always so nice. Kim was so helpful during my apartment search! Everyone I encountered was very friendly & attentive.
I decided to stop by recently and get information about what apartments were available. I am thinking of moving to Austin and have heard great things. I walked in and was greeted by Kim. She was more than helpful by answering all my questions, listened to all my concerns and showed me some of the floor plans available. I was pleased with the experience because a huge factor on where I live is heavily determined by the office staff I encounter. Aura 36Hundred is definitely on the top of my list.
