1 year Update: The friendly staff quit, my car got broken into in the parking lot, I found an ant infestation inside the walls in my bedroom/bathroom despite never eating there, the valet trash doesnt pick up half the time but dont worry, you'll still be fined for leaving it out a couple hours too late. They charge you $5 to replace light bulbs. Upstairs stomps so hard it makes the lights flicker out. Door/smart home thermostat app never worked for me. I’ve been at Aura for about three months now and it’s been pretty great. The move-in process was super easy and Amber was awesome. She made everything stress free, which I really appreciated. The apartments feel modern and comfy, and the soundproofing is way better than I expected. Maintenance has been amazing too. Every time I’ve needed something, it’s always handled the same day.
