Literally a horrible experience securing an apartment. I felt rushed to pay a deposit when I did, literally two days later I decided I could not move in and they would not give my deposit back and wanted to charge me two months rent !!!! Two days after pulling out. No accommodations. DO NOT rush and pay a deposit. Don’t feel rushed when doing a tour! Until you are 1000000 percent sure ! will not be renewing a lease here! Absolutely do not recommend.
Maurice, Always be courteous to the person you're speaking with on the phone! if you don't have time to answer simple application questions, being rude and rushing shouldn't be the next step, especially not yelling either. Now if this how Lotus 315, Aura 240, Indigo 141, Essence 144, Blackstone 360 Residence, I'd prefer to put my money elsewhere. I'll be sure to make my clients aware of this while on their journey of a new home for comfort. Customer service is easy to give in your role Maurice with Blackstone 360 residency.
Worst building ever do not rent this Appartment very unprofessional and that will evict u for being late after informing dem u gonna be late Appartment is filled Roaches and most of the stuff are broken look good on the outside but garbage for 2500 definitely not worth it be warned go somewhere else !!!!!!!!!!!!!
This building under a suck management, we have been living for 4 months and they never fixed our AC in the unit, imagine going through the whole summer with broken Air Conditioning, instead of fixing the main cause of having the AC not cooling, they kept adding freon every time they decide coming in to take a look at it.
