I'm seeing all these positive reviews, but for COSMETIC procedures, facial treatments, injections, etc. BEWARE if you need surgery! Please read the reviews of those who have done so. I saw Dr.Roesner for corrective surgery. I had cancer almost ten years ago. Radiation left one breast frozen in time while the other became much larger. He was only supposed to reduce the size of one. He operated on both and left the non radiated breast malformed and basically ruined. I went for an Otoplasty ( ears). As a performer I always felt insecure on stage when they were fully exposed. I've always wanted to do this procedure and I'm glad I decided to do this and at the right place. The office itself is very beautiful and organized. The staff was very friendly. First thing I noticed in the first appointment is Dr. Roesner's eye for details and an artist like way to visualize what will look good and/or aesthetic, which gave me the impression that he has really good taste! My experience with Dr. Roesner and staff has been amazing! They provided my top surgery in May 2026 and everything was very quick and easy! After the first consultation I did wait up to a month for the office to communicate with my insurance (something I did have to remind them to do), but once my insurance was cleared, it was extremely easy to move onto scheduling the surgery and subsequent appointments! Had a consultation, was told I would hear back in 1-2 weeks to schedule my surgery after the insurance check. 2 weeks later I had to call back and follow up, they said they hadnt subitted the insurance check yet. Got a text within the next few days that theyd just submitted it, 2.5 weeks after my initial consultation. I never heard back and ultimately went with a different surgeon. Not sure if communication in the office is just not up to par currently or what, but very frustrating.

Again, I'm updating my review. I received a series of Exion treatments with Kerri. By far this was one of the most comfortable procedures and I didn't need any down-time. This is a treatment that can be done any time of the year too. I'm already seeing very positive changes in the tone, texture and plumpness of my skin. So multiple improvements for my investment!
