Nighttime security (didn’t catch his name) and Manuela. These are the people you put at the front desk to represent your building? Extremely RUDE, unprofessional, and no customer service. For a simple question, they bark at you like you did something wrong. The attitude is through the roof. Was considering renting here longterm but if these are the people I’d be dealing with daily, no thank you. Deterring my friends away from this place too.
