I called had a hotwater tank problem they came that day and fix it in an hour half really good .
It must be nice to charge $355 for doing next to no work and not even fixing the problem! They charged for two visits but were only here once (the time Willy stopped by on his own time without an appointment for the second visit doesn't count, because I wasn't available, and I cancelled that second part of the job anyway). I will never use this company again.
We call Aupperle for all our plumbing problems; big or small. In addition, Willy is always great, he teaches as he works, which we like.
Probably the poorest our experience could have gone. Set up an appointment to have it done, took time out of our schedule to wait. Willie shows up and is immediately frustrated by the job, saying he needs this and this and this, whatever says he will be right back. Three hours later the office calls and says that they need to reschedule because its going to be a three hour job and he just doesnt have that time today. I cancelled, what a joke.
