We call Aupperle for all our plumbing problems; big or small. In addition, Willy is always great, he teaches as he works, which we like.
Probably the poorest our experience could have gone. Set up an appointment to have it done, took time out of our schedule to wait. Willie shows up and is immediately frustrated by the job, saying he needs this and this and this, whatever says he will be right back. Three hours later the office calls and says that they need to reschedule because its going to be a three hour job and he just doesnt have that time today. I cancelled, what a joke. He came out and gave me a quote and told me where to get the parts from. Once I had the parts I called and he was very prompt about coming out to get it done. They were all very courteous and professional. My bill was exactly what I was quoted and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
