Super disappointed in this place. While the selection was cool, the customer service is awful. This woman greeted & had a pleasant conversation with every customer she checked out with, except my partner and kid cousin. She did not smile or say hello when we walked up to the counter and when I asked her how she was, she said “worn out” and continued to bag our items- while the customer she had before, she was in happy and laughing mood telling them a story of a lost shipment. I really love that there is a doll house store in the area. These businesses are a dying breed and as a doll house enthusiast, I want to keep them alive. However, they make it very hard to want to continue to support this store. To begin with, when I walked in, I wasn’t greeted. The gentlemen up front didn’t even look in our direction. He was also extremely unhelpful and rude.
