We scheduled this cleaning company about 4 weeks before our move out of state in June 2021. I called to confirm 3 days before our move. On the day of our move, the cleaners were supposed to arrive at 12 pm. At 1 pm they had not arrived. We called and finally spoke to someone who said they would be there in half an hour. An hour later, at 2 pm we received a text they would be there at 3 pm (3 hours late!).
