The property we've rented from Auntie B's Rentals was clean, and exactly what was stated on the listing. Alongside that, their entire team has been awesome to work with, from being timely, professional, personable, and very helpful with any questions we've had. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent a place in or around the twin cities!
This is hands down the BEST property management team I have ever worked with in my 11+ years of renting. They are kind, responsive, and very respectful. After dealing with management that couldn't care less about me or the property, Brenda's team is a breath of fresh air. I'm so grateful to be renting from such wonderful humans! 🩵
Brenda and her staff are absolutely amazing! From the start of getting to tour to the end of moving in! Most pleasant experience, so personable and efficient!! Would highly recommend. A true blessing to myself and my family!
Brenda is an incredible manager. The first time I met her she greeted me with a roll of quarters for the washing machine and told me to let her know what I needed and she'd make it happen. She took over for another rental management company who really gave me the runaround. I also had trouble getting my security deposit back from the landlord and she pushed to make sure he was held accountable. Nothing but good things to say about her and her business!
I have been with this company going on 3yrs now and I must say I am very pleased.MS Brenda is the best.She's quick to respond to any issues or concerns the tenant may have.I love her enthusiasm and urgency.Brenda I appreciate all that you snd your team do.You are appreciated..Keep up the good work...
