My family and I visited this location yesterday and we had a great experience!! The staff is very friendly and the environment is great! I found out that yesterday was their first day opening under new management. Im so excited to have Auntie Anne’s and Jamba Juice back in town! New mgmt. They're trying, but have room to improve.
This Auntie Anne’s location stole my money and is refusing to make it right. February 6, 2026 I placed a mobile order for 2 pretzels. The order went through, the money was taken from my card. Then when I got to the drive thru, they had apparently gone out of business. (I have proof of this incident occurring through my mobile app.) Months later this location reopened so I called to see if they could resolve it. I’ve been to this location and normally have okay service. I learned today it is under new management by Reem. Her, Z and the other staff went above and beyond! All of the food was fresh and tasted amazing! We definitely will be returning because my son LOVES the bucket of pretzel nuggets. The music is also upbeat and positive like everyone there.
Great experience! The pretzels were fresh and delicious! Ziyad took great care of us, He was friendly and provided excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!
