Very rude staff, and the general manager treats her employees terribly. I wouldn’t want to do business with or buy from this establishment.
We were just there and my 9 year bought pretzel nuggets with is own money which were almost $7. He asked for a cup of water and was told he had to buy a bottle of water for $2.50. Shame on you! A cup of water should not be a big deal for a paying customer, especially a child. We will not be back!
This guys says pepperoni pretzels be about 15min i come back 15min later this kid says same thing no pepperoni itll be about 15minutes kids a broken record ans incompetent.
I really can’t believe after spending 10$ on pretzels that I was refused water. I will never buy from this stand again. The whole staff needs to be replaced. Horrible service.
An employee handed a non worker outside of the stand the pile of dough and they proceeded to play with it. That’s disgusting, I hope they don’t proceed to make pretzels with that
