this place was terrible. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady wouldn’t give me a small cup, she rung me up for a large. she charged me $1.50 for a CUP OF COLD CHEESE and didn’t give me any time to question the price of either item. She also had severe attitude and I tried to give her grace because I too work a customer service job and instead I was met with attitude and poor behavior. I am very disappointed and will never be back again. Also the pretzel bites were extremely salty and soggy. So upset.
I love the cinnamon sugar pretzels and have been obsessed for many years. But they keep on getting more and more expensive and smaller. Somethings gotta give. Common! ...and...no free refills on their sodas either.
Very rude staff, and the general manager treats her employees terribly. I wouldn’t want to do business with or buy from this establishment.
We were just there and my 9 year bought pretzel nuggets with is own money which were almost $7. He asked for a cup of water and was told he had to buy a bottle of water for $2.50. Shame on you! A cup of water should not be a big deal for a paying customer, especially a child. We will not be back!
This guys says pepperoni pretzels be about 15min i come back 15min later this kid says same thing no pepperoni itll be about 15minutes kids a broken record ans incompetent.
